Gunnersbury Athletic Football Club (GAFC)—also known simply as GA—is a grassroots football community born from the shared passion of a group of dedicated enthusiasts. Founded in the summer of 2023 by Ace Xie, Danny Yang, Lin Li, Terry Shun, and Ying Tu, the club began its journey on the fields of Gunnersbury Park in West London. What started as a spontaneous gathering quickly evolved into a close-knit community driven by the love of the game, a commitment to self-improvement, and the spirit of camaraderie.
The founders envisioned more than just a football team—they aimed to build a lasting platform where players of all backgrounds could connect, develop their skills, and form meaningful friendships. With unwavering dedication, GAFC is carving out its place in the local football scene as a symbol of unity, inclusion, and grassroots passion.
Our role in this project was to craft a comprehensive brand identity for GAFC. This included the design of the club’s logo, team jerseys, website, and a full suite of branding materials that reflect the club’s dynamic spirit and community values. Beyond design, we also support GAFC in new media communications, helping them grow their presence across digital platforms.
Additionally, we assist in the coordination of both internal and external tournaments and matches, ensuring that the club continues to thrive both on and off the pitch. This collaboration is not just about visual identity—it’s about helping a community-driven initiative grow into a meaningful force in London’s football culture.
